There are some down sides to the Total Gym. They make it look like it’s real easy to fold up & put away under the bed and it is not. Unless you have a tall bed, it won’t even fit. It is very heavy and takes some doing to get it flat and move it around- it’s kind of like trying to move a dead body (not that I ever have, but you know what I mean!). It can also be hard sometimes to get those rods to fit thou the holes to change the settings- you gotta wiggle it & struggle w/ them. You pretty much have to be able to lift it, it does not move easily on carpet or a hard floor. You will like Total Gym better if you have an area where you can leave it set up most of the time, but it does take up a lot of space (length) when set up. If you are significantly overweight, you may find it uncomfortable as it is not real wide, but it’s fine for me.
